Start with a clear signature image

Choose an image in which the complete signature is visible, including small marks near the edges. Check the form's instructions for any background or presentation requirements. FileFit prepares image files; it does not create a signature, verify its authenticity, remove a background, or repair missing pen strokes.

A small source can become blurry when enlarged. If the preview loses thin strokes, use a clearer original where possible. Supported input files must be within FileFit's 40 MB and 40 megapixel limits. PDF files are not supported, so start with a JPEG, PNG, or WebP version of your signature.

Enter the signature field's requirements

Copy the relevant English instructions into the requirement field and review the detected format, file size limits, and pixel dimensions. Include filename restrictions if the portal lists them. Do not assume that the photo field's rules also apply to the signature field.

As an example, ‘JPEG, maximum 50 KB, 200 x 230 pixels’ requests exact dimensions with a maximum file size. Those numbers are illustrative only. Use your portal's actual rules, which may describe a much wider signature image. FileFit treats KB as 1,024 bytes. Instructions in centimetres, millimetres, inches, or DPI need manual review and verified pixel dimensions before preparation.

Preserve every stroke in the preview

Contain keeps the whole source image and adds padding when its shape differs from the requested dimensions. Crop fills the requested shape but can trim signature strokes near the edges. Compare the prepared preview with the original before using either result. For JPEG output, transparency is replaced with a background.

Compression may soften thin lines, and some combinations of size and dimension limits cannot be met. FileFit reports those limits rather than guaranteeing an exact number of bytes. It does not insert artificial padding bytes to meet a minimum file size.

Download the result only after checking the signature, dimensions, format, and filename. Image processing stays on your device. Upload the file to the portal and review its response; satisfying FileFit's detected checks does not guarantee portal acceptance or confirm that every instruction was recognized.
